How can I create an agency account and add my consultants under the agency name? How can the agency consultants create their profiles on Riverhead? Does creating an agency account require approval? How do I apply to opportunities for my consultants? As an agency, do I have control over my consultants’ time / project allocation?

If a client asks me to sign a contract off the platform, am I allowed to do that?

According to the provisions in your contract and terms of agreement, it is strictly prohibited to engage in independent work with a client who has been assigned to you through Riverhead. As such, all interactions and financial dealings with clients must be exclusively conducted through Riverhead. This ensures compliance with our contractual obligations and maintains a professional and cohesive working relationship with our valued clients.
